My grilled chicken bowl was riddled with other pieces of breaded and fried chicken, did not think it was very good for the price

Staff dangerously uneducated - asked if soy sauce used was gluten free, told it was gluten free, had them read off the ingredients which included “wheat”. Staff honestly did not know wheat contained gluten. Furthermore, I could see the line cook and it was very clean they did not care and indicated to have the waitstaff tell me it was gluten free - when it wasn’t.

The veggies are often cooked with the gluten noodles so I ask to not have veggies on my bowl. My bowl came with veggies and I asked to have it remade without the veggies because of my gluten allergy. The staff took the rice from the old bowl that had veggie bits in it and added it to a new bowl upside down with some chicken and handed it back to me. I watched them do it and heard them complain about it! Allergies are not taken seriously here- beware!

This is one of my safe spots! I love their spicy teriyaki chicken and fried rice. They have their menu labeled for all gf options. I have never gotten sick from it (celiac). Love it!

I have eaten here a few times since it opened. GF options are listed on menu. They have a gf appetizer on menu. The staff seems knowledgeable about gf options. Not sure if it's celiac friendly.

After a lot of research, I decided to try Teriyaki Madness. They claim that their Teriyaki sauces are house-made and are GF. I had read online that others had issues with cross-contamination when eating the stir fry veggies, so I went with the Teriyaki chicken bowl over fried rice and no veggies. I made sure to go during a non-busy time. I told them that I am celiac and asked if they could make mine in a clean wok, which they were happy to do.
The bowl was very good and I did not get sick! Since then, I have eaten the dish (both regular and spicy) several times and have had zero issues. They are not a dedicated kitchen, and some staff aren't familiar with celiac or gluten. When I run across that, I just ask for the manager so they can make sure the meal is prepared safely.
