We were in Monroe for a family event and found this gem. First of all, it’s adorable. More importantly, the owner is very knowledgeable about celiac protocol. She shared that they have a separate prep space and separate cutting boards and utensils, a separate toaster, and they also use the toaster bags, they use gluten-free and certified gluten-free ingredients, she quickly and easily told me what could be made gluten-free (which was pretty much everything on the menu), and she shared that they will change gloves, wash, hands, etc. On top of that the food was absolutely delicious! I had the turkey pesto sandwich, my brother had a tuna jalapeño melt, my dad had an avocado egg salad, and my mom had a veggie soup. All of us were very pleased with our meal! I wish it weren’t so far from home, otherwise I would be here every week!
