Most items are gluten free - ask the staff for an allergen menu and avoid the items with it. If you're unfamiliar with Brazilian steakhouses, they're all you can eat. Salad bar buffet and staff constantly walks by asking if you want cuts of meat until you tell them to stop. Very tasty, I felt fine after my meal. I avoided some items that the allergen menu said are gluten free but I felt might be incorrect just to be safe (for instance, the cheese bread). Felt fine after my meal.

Hands down, the best food I have ever eaten. Excellent service, excellent food, am not recommend it enough.
Has an allergen menu, and everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable.
And most of the menu is gluten free🧡🧡

Very nice place with warm, accommodating staff who care about your experience there. Huge salad bar with many natural gluten free options, huge selection of meats, many gluten free, except the chicken which is cooked with beer. Scrumptious GF tapioca buns and GF (but a tad greasy) polenta sticks. No separate prep area. But this place and their staff are wonderfully kind and will do anything to make you happy.
