The food here is delicious, the staff is knowledgeable, and the variety of gf options is fantastic! In the last year or so they haven’t been as good with cross contamination. The last time we went we were told there was no longer a gf fryer after we’d already started eating our food. Of course we got sick & probably won’t go back, which is disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite places.

Well…. There is not much in Everett that is safe for Celiac and this is. However it must have changed hands. A few years ago it was great. This time it was almost inedible. No seasoning whatsoever and my husbands was also bad, he couldn’t t eat it. Save your money

Underwhelming experience. Non gluten people at my table said it was the worst Asian food ever had. My Pad Thai was a pile of sweet noodles, maybe 4 shrimp, and one piece of basil. On the plus side, we laughed our asses off in the car later. Went and got Indian food.

This restaurant had a dessert on their menu marked “gluten free.” I questioned it, as it contained lady fingers, and they reassured me several times that it was gluten free, even going so far as to tell me the popular organic grocery chain that sold them. Feeling adequately convinced, I ordered it. After eating about 5 bites, the server came running out of the kitchen and told me to stop eating it because it was not gluten free. But the damage was done, it caused a significant flare of celiac symptoms and my dermatitis herpetiformis, which are finally resolving almost 2 months later.
They were apologetic and assured me they would fix the menu. It is still listed as GF on their online menu.
They also do not have a dedicated fryer, so anything fried is not celiac safe, even if it doesn’t contain gluten ingredients (honey walnut prawns, etc.).
They took the $8 dessert off my bill. Great. I saved $8 and it only cost me 2 months of illness and misery. I will not eat here again, and would encourage people with celiac to be very careful. The food itself was delicious, but the personal cost was very high for me.

This is a nice place to eat. If you are allergic to anything else besides gluten would recommend saying so & they might be able to help. Be sure to read everything in each dish you order

Food was just okay. Good service. I got the calamari starter but found it too oily and was disappointed that it wasn't accompanied by any dipping sauce, as described on the menu. When I inquired, I was told that the only GF dipping sauce they had was GF soy sauce.
My main dish was Thai Rice noodles. Gigantic portion of noodles but only 5 shrimp. My friend got GF Mongolian beef. The sauce was really thick & dark & sticky.
All the food was good, good level of spice, but missing that depth of flavor that would make it great.
I'm not celiac so cannot comment on how safe it would be.
We love coming here! Large portions and it's so great to get Chinese/Asian fusion food as options are so few around here. The tangerine beef is amazing!

Most exceptional food!! Fried food! I had gluten free candied walnut shrimp and Mongolian beef, chicken lettuce wraps and chocolate mousse dessert! Go here if you're in the area!
By far the best gf Asian food around! Any dish you order is perfect.

Gluten free Drunken Chicken is worth the price of admittance. Terracota Red is the best GF Asian food I've found in WA.

Good GF menu! I really enjoyed the calamari w/ spicy red chilis. I also had the Mongolian Beef...sauce is thick but the beef is very tender and delicious. I will definitely go back again.
