Review of Terras at CIVANA

Terras was a wonderful dinner experience, and is excellent for gluten free as well as vegan or vegetarian. You’ll find the restaurant just through the doors of the main lobby at Civana. It’s worth the drive if you’re in the Cave Creek or Carefree area. The outdoor dining area is very pretty at sunset. We tried many of the gf+vegan menu items, but the items that stood out were the butternut squash carpaccio, the hearts of palm crab cakes, the hen of the woods mushroom chop (incredible smoky flavor and amazing sauce!) and the whole roasted cauliflower. I would pass on the Mac and cheese and broccolini sides next time, as well as the panna cotta.
