No more waffle fries. They replaced their previously glutenous fries with gluten free fries. Burger was tasty. Bun was mediocre but who cares when the filing is so good! Inside a resort hotel. Parking is $$$. Many photo opportunities in the beautiful resort though.

I got the wings, chicken sandwich with GF bun and even though I ordered waffle fries because I thought those were only GF options for fries. They gave me ref fries, I asked and the cook came out and assured they were safe. No reaction. Super happy, amazing tasting food and great service! The waitress was unsure but was happy to check and reasure me I was good .

I stayed at the resort for work. After a long and grueling work dinner (where the restaurant had no food for me)…. I came back and this was the only place still open to order room service from. Got Buffalo wings and chips/queso/guacamole. Delicious. Was not able to ask questions, but put a celiac note on order. Did not get sick!
Next day, sat and ate lunch here. Told them not to toast bun if shared toaster. Separate fryer for waffle fries so had that with a burger (bun not toasted) and it was really good! When they brought my plate out, they included the pasta salad in a small dish to the side. But since separated no harm done. It was probably a food runner that added it as the kitchen and waitress seemed to take allergies serious.

Business trip. Hamburger with waffle fries. Server clearly explained they have a dedicated fryer and only the waffle fries are cooked there. The other fries are not safe. Burger and fries were. excellent. The gf bun crumbled but the meat was so good it didn’t matter. Cobb salad my 2nd day served without the tortilla is GF. Very good.

We ate here several times during our stay and would recommend everything we tried including the gf waffle fries, burgers, pulled pork nachos, caesar salad (without croutons) and the chicken wings.

Gluten Free and "gluten friendly" are not the same thing. Gluten "friendly" is as good as this crap hole can do. Typical Marriott.
No
I have been here at the Gaylord all week and ate here three times. They have a regular menu with gluten free clearly marked. I had nachos and burgers and it was great...also gluten free buns. I always ask to speak to the manager if waiters don’t understand the gluten free lingo but they did.
Yes
