The server told me exactly what I couldn’t eat and that list was really pretty short! I loved the bacon wrapped chicken. Only downside was that no desserts were gluten free.

I had a wonderful experience. The chef came out and talked to me and walked me around the salad bar going over all the ingredients. I felt very informed. I knew exactly what I could eat and didn’t have any reactions!

The staff was very knowledgeable. I talked to the manager. She said that she used to have a server that had celiac and would eat the Brazilian bread all the time. It was really good. And the Pincanha steak was so yummy! There are a couple of side dishes that have gluten so it’s not 100% gf. I would definitely go again

5 Star service, friendly knowledgable staff, individual attention to allergies for celiac. The food was delicious, service outstanding !!

Amazing. The server walked me through the salad bar for safe options. Basically the hot stuff on the salad bar is not safe but I wouldn’t waste the space in my stomach when the meat is so awesome. The GF bread is really good but don’t each too much. Safe space for the meat.
Yes
Absolutely fabulous. The meat was unreal. Everything on our table tasted great. Plus gluten free BREAD?!? I read reviews where people said the bread isn't gf and i swear it is. I asked the manager who took me around the restaurant and said what i could and could not eat. She said the bread is made of starch (i read somewhere that it is tapioca starch). The bananas were so good i ate maybe 4 of them lol. My boyfriend said we should go back tomorrow so it is definitely carnivore man approved. ;) Be prepared to spend some money ($100+) but the experience is well worth it. If you are a sensitive celiac like me no need to fear here. You can't eat the mashed potatoes they serve at the table and some things at the salad bar. I just avoided the salad bar completely and loaded up on meat, bread, and bananas.

Price. 49.99 per person
Service. Great
Food. Phenomenal
The manager took me around and showed me what I could eat on the salad bar. Basically none of the hot stuff. I also avoid soy for hormonal reasons, and they use soy in some of their marinades on the salad bar. I was able to use straight balsamic and oil for my dressing. The meats were fabulous. I couldn't keep up with all of the meats they tried to give me. Most of them are not marinated. Just use rock salt. A few of them had a soy marinade, but none of the meats had gluten. The bread was awesome, too. The rolls that come on the table are gluten free. Amazing. We will definitely be back, but not too often because of the price. It was about 115 for two meals and two drinks.

What a great restaurant. Larry our server was great and sure we wanted for nothing. Eddy the manager came over and personally showed my wife what she could and could not have and even consulted the chef on a couple of items. What a great experience to eat at a place where the staff knows what they are doing and how to serve you. By the way the gluten free bread, cheese bread especially is awesome! Thank you.
It is always such a good feeling to go somewhere that you can tell the staff knows their stuff. This place it top notch. Delicious everything and cheese bread! The manager walked us through to show what few things we could not eat but most things are safe and all was amazing. Very expensive but we'll worth the experience.

the manager was very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and walked me through the restaurant to explain exactly what was safe. They were very good and almost everything was safe to eat.

Great experience. Manager walked us through the salad bar and indicated the items we were to avoid as well as the one meat to exclude. Great taste, expensive but were cared for well by management.

I can not say how impressed I am. I told the waitress I am gluten free she got the manager who personally walked me around the salad bar area. He sent plantains to me instead of mashed potatoes. Their mashed potato’s are not gluten free. He checked on me several times through out the meal. All the meet was cooked to perfection and all is gluten free.

Went to Texas De Brazil for Valentine’s Day. Almost all the meats are GF except the spicy something or other. The incredible Brazilian cheese bread IS gluten free. The white rice is gluten free. The other sides were not. The salad bar had quite a few options and they said all dressings were okay except Caesar not made in house so I was suggested to avoid. The mashed potatoes, French fries, etc NOT GF and not made in house so I was suggested to avoid. There is someone there named Anna that knows everything and will walk you around the salad bar. Anna was super knowledgeable, our server wasn’t as much, but was willing to check, which is what really matters. No gf desserts. They had gluten free marked on my reservation. No issues. Nice date night and I’m super full.

They have a dedicated GF menu on line. The wait staff brought over the manager when I asked about GF. He walked me around the salad bar and kitchen area pointing out the GF options. Delicious.

I order from this place all the time, it is delicious! You can’t eat everything but what you can eat is enough options. There is a allergy menu online to be able to identify what sides are gluten free. You can eat all the meats no problem and the cheese bread.
