I informed the server of my “gluten and wheat allergy”, and the manager worked to ensure I’d be okay. They normally bring meat around and customers take it as they please, but the manager actually brought me out plates of various meats that had been prepared separately without any risk of cross-contamination.
All meats except for two are regularly gluten free, but I was told not to trust any side dishes. Apparently a few are gluten free, but not necessarily free of cross-contamination.
If you’re comfortable with a carnivore dinner, this was awesome.
