Their staff was not knowledgeable about the menu and if the items contained gluten. I asked multiple times for my waiter to check with the chef if certain items were gluten free friendly. At first he gave me an uneducated guess about the items on the menu, but then after he took my order he then came back and claimed that they just used spices to cook their steak/ shrimp but never confirmed that he spoke with the chef. At the end of the meal he said there were no gluten free dessert options, he then proceeded to ask me if ice cream was gluten free.
