Staff was not knowledgeable.. all fried items are not gluten-free. All cross contamination possible. The staff even told us that the garlic bread was gluten-free.. when they don’t have gluten free bread

They have a GF menu and all smoked meat and BBQ sauces are GF. Pretty good selection of appetizers. Menu is clearly marked with any cross contamination possibilities.
