Amazing, flavors! By far one of my most favorite Thai restaurants and they're mostly gluten free!
The wait staff were fantastic as well. This is a must if you're in the Spokane area!

Are you kidding me. This place is a celiac dream. They said all their sauces are made gluten free, use gluten free soy sauce. And they even have foods labeled that are level 1 gluten free which means it has gluten free ingredients or level 2 which also means it is made in a dedicated gluten free area.

I’ve eaten here twice since my diagnosis and both times have been great. They have a large menu with lots of GF options. I highly recommend the chicken Osaka with a side of garlic sauce to top it off.

Love Thai Bamboo! Most authentic Thai I've had in years, and zero cross-contamination.

Really great for our celiac kids. Both pad Thai dishes were delicious and neither had a reaction. S2 and S3 were also prepared safe and we're delicious (try the S2 - it is unbelievably delicious!) Great chain to have around!

I have eaten here over 10 times since I got diagnosed with celiacs 3 months ago and have never once had a reaction. They are very clear on their menu as to what is gluten-free and what is not. They even stipulate on their menu what Is cooked on equipment that never touches gluten.Very happy with this place!

The kitchen has 2 levels of gluten free, and for celiacs they cook it in a separate gluten free wok. For those less sensitive they use gluten free stuff in the normal wok. Absolutely delicious food, safe for celiacs if you let your waiter know your severity. As always, they cannot guarantee there’s no cross contamination, but since they cook it in a different wok that’s dedicated gluten free, the chances of cross contamination is low. Would ABSOLUTELY come here again

Always enjoy. There are many gluten free choices and you can also ask to have many prepared dairy free as well.
Even after giving detailed directions to the wait staff I found noodles in my steamed vegetables. This is not a safe establishment for Celiacs.

Great Thai food, lots of choices. Staff very friendly.

The cost is relatively high, but food was super delicious. The lowest spice for the curry is a 2 and it was definitely spicy. I took home leftovers and added some coconut milk! Sensitive celiac and I didn’t get sick.
