My wife who is Celiac and I have ate here over 30 times and she's never gotten sick. They are knowledgeable and they will tell you what's Gluten Free. Almost all of the curries, pineapple fried rice, and Pad Thai we are sure of from her experience. Jane is probably the most educated server there but if you get someone else and they don't know they will grab someone who does to assist. Her go to dish is the Green Curry w/Shrimp. The only issue we have is every once in a while the curry will be a little watered down it seems depending on the chef.
