I decided to try Express Thai after reading reviews at other locations in states other than Texas; it is a chain restaurant. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, tested it with my Nima Sensor and it tested gluten free.

Amazing gluten free thai food Celiac of 5+ years and never had an issue. Very friendly staff!!!
