The servers are knowledgeable about gluten and many items are naturally gf or can be subbed to gf sauce. Not sure about fried items but the fryer is probably shared. Never asked though. Food is delicious and has real Thai taste. Much better than other Thai places in the area that are more Americanized flavors

Staff answered questions and confirmed curried foods were not marinated in recipe that contained soy or teriyaki. We had green curry chicken, massaman beef, shrimp panang, and drunken noodles with chicken. Flavors were great and I did not get sick after.
