The soy sauce they use in their dishes is already gluten free, so almost everything is safe to eat. They mentioned the curry paste they use is labeled GF but they aren’t 100% confident it’s GF for some reason? It wasn’t super clear. But I was so happy to be able to eat all the noodle dishes which use rice noodles. Pretty much the only things that are not gluten free are their fried rolls. They can cook your dish separately and seem knowledgable about their menu and accommodating dietary restrictions.
