I was so pleased to talk with the owner, whose husband was the chef and hear how knowledgeable she was about celiac disease. She provided an array of safe and delicious options. I chose the red curry and my wife chose the Pad Thai, both naturally gluten free but the preparation was with cross contamination awareness.
