I'm very sensitive and didn't get sick. I had the Cashew Nuts lunch special. It came with a fried spring roll, I didn't eat it because the fryers are CC. I should have asked them not to put it on my plate. The wait was long at lunch rush, wish they'd at least greeted us but there were only two waitstaff. Food came pretty quickly, really enjoyed the salad dressing. Would likely eat there again, especially for the price.

These fine Asian cooks are unusually talented in accommodating gluten free dining. I have Celiac Disease & eat here regularly -- always with no concerns/complications. Effective March 2019, their 'lunch menu' #1-3 are gluten free and most/all others can be adapted 'on the fly' -- with an unusually cooperative/curious/friendly & interested/interesting staff that even makes the overall eating experience (often awkward) fun. They allowed a kitchen review to read through ingredients with us - soy sauce == NO, wraps for Spring Rolls == NO. That said, most noodle dishes are with rice noodles, incl their broth soups, in which the noodles are also rice based/safe. Excellent choice for an extremely nice dining atmosphere and outstanding top notch wines menu as well. .See their menu posted online at ---> https://www.thailotussalem.com/menus.Namaste. <3
