The Pad Thai was gluten free and authentic. Tasted amazing! The fresh spring rolls were also gluten free without the hoisin sauce dip. They subbed in a GF sauce for that! My only complaint was that the staff seemed a little frustrated that I was asking all about the cross contamination and they weren’t very patient about all of my questions, but I do think the food was safe.
