Thai Noodle Express

I ordered their Pho (Chicken breast, rice noodles, sprouts, green onion, in broth) and added beef slices to it. Not only was it gluten free and they were super careful to not cross contaminated with my husband's Pad Gai, but it was also so delicious! The broth alone was perfect! I have celiac and didn't have a reaction after eating the Pho.
