I placed an order online that included the crispy chive dumplings which were marked as gluten free on the menu. About 2 minutes after placing my order, I received a call from the restaurant to ask how severe my gluten allergy was and let me know that the dumplings are cooked on a shared service. I let him know that I have Celiac disease and he recommended not having the dumplings because of the cross contamination, so he processed a refund for that portion of the order. I was so impressed that they knew about Celiac and took the time to call and make sure I was safe. The food is delicious as well, so definitely recommend!
