I am celiac so I always ask the waiter what menu items are safe for me. At first, My waiter said they could make anything gluten free. BUT, After I told him that soy sauce contained gluten, he conferred with the manager and the chef. They determined that the only thing gluten free were the curries. Long story short, I had the green curry with vegetables and it was AMAZING. The best curry I’ve ever had. And I did not get sick!
