They are knowledgeable about GF, and offer some decent choices. A lot of dishes lose ingredients when they make them GF though because they don’t have a GF fryer. For example you can get the pad Thai, but with no peanuts because apparently they put the peanuts in the fryer(?). What’s Pad Thai w/o peanuts!
