I find most That food is Gluten Free and just now found how to add. My health is much better overall when it comes to diet in Thailand because it's more natural. I do my best to find these options when I'm state side. The flavor they put out is spot on to Bangkok and Phuket. I will become a regular here while I'm in the area. Know your proper names of dishes when visiting, though they do have a descriptive menu at the counter. Unsure if they know what is and is not GF but I can tell you MOST rice noodles and Thai Curries are GF
