They were very knowledgeable about safe options for what was and wasn't gluten free in their menu, though not a dedicated restaurant, and came out multiple times to check about sauces, other party members dishes, and more! Big delicious and very sweet folks, very much appreciated the Red Curry and Fresh Rolls (option for a celiac safe sauce). Very good food and so far doing well after eating!

edit: Overall well, got some discomfort from the fried tofu, not a dedicated fryer.
