Review of The Anchorage

Wait staff knowledgeable about celiac disease, cross contamination. We ordered the tasting menu (which I highly recommend) and each course they brought out for me and my non-celiac spouse they explained what modifications if any were made to make my serving gluten free. I’m pretty sensitive and did not get sick. Really lovely local fresh ingredients. Pride themselves on being allergy friendly. Casual atmosphere with top notch food and wine.
