Review of The Arepa Barn Restaurant

I found myself in Casper for a long weekend and ended up eating here 3 times, plus getting take out to last for the drive home I've had arepas before, but these were by far the best - the ingredients were all fresh and delicious, and the corn cakes were cooked perfectly. They even had gluten free empanadas (the entire facility is gf), which was a treat. As other reviewers have noted, the owner is extremely friendly & inviting, and that was my experience as well. Definitely recommended.
