The food here is absolutely incredible. I spoke with a woman who I think is the owner and she told me all about how they specifically maintain their menu to be completely gluten-free. So no need to worry about friers and cross contamination or anything! I got an arepa to eat right away (and it was ridiculously good) but I couldn't resist getting some empanadas to take home. I've never had an empanada before because they're usually a pastry, but these are made with all corn. They were so crispy and tasty! I was worried they might fall apart being just corn, but no issues. I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm so sad I don't live here but I will most definitely be back.
