Staff is great, food is subpar. We ordered the trout and chile rellenos, the “muffins” that came with dinner were blue cornbread and they were amazing! The other two… meh.

I ordered a fajita plate without the tortilla. It was absolutely delicious and i didn't get sick, but I was pretty stressed out the entire time because the waitress seemed flustered and wasnt really familiar with what could be made gluten ( and dairy) free. Service was already really slow, so I would recommend going before you're hungry.

They have two gluten free options. One was fish tacos and the other steak fajitas. Although it is disappointing to only have two options, the fajitas were amazing. They give you green chili sauce, guacamole, corn torillas,tortillas, and fajita meat and veg. I still dream about the corn tortillas.

this is located at Ojo Caliente spa - lunch and dinner were good, but a bit average. fryer is gluten free and the fries were good!
