Incredible food and an entire gluten free menu! Multiple pages of options. I had the gluten free BLT and Cajun tots and it was delicious! Worth the stop!

I was blown away by the expansive gluten-free menu! The owner is gluten-free and wanted to provide options for this area. Delicious food! I was overwhelmed by the number of choices: french toast, waffles, sandwiches, soup, biscuits and gravy, cookies…

I love eating here. They are very conscientious about maintaining a gluten free work area for those with a high sensitivity. Their GF bread is light and not tiny so the grilled cheese sandwich doesn't leave me missing regular bread. The Lime Chipotle tacos a amazing as well. They are currently building a larger restaurant in order to serve more people.

Came here for breakfast and lunch, it has a very extensive gluten free menu with lots of gf bread options too. Ordered the breakfast sandwich with ham, that was good, very buttery. For lunch got a chicken sandwich and some coleslaw, was great!

Great to have gf biscuits which were tasty (but a little dry). Great coffee and good breakfast choices

Super cute coffee shop in Glide! I was so excited to find a good place with gluten free options and coffee for our Crater Lake day trip! I had a breakfast sandwich with GF bread, very good!

I love this little bistro! They have an entire gluten free menu, which is amazing especially considering its located in such a small town. I make the 30 minute drive out there for their GF acai bowls because they are just that awesome. The bistro is cute and clean. I've never gotten sick from eating there but I only have gluten sensitivity, not celiac. They are friendly and provided excellent service every time I've been there. If you ask to have an item removed, like almonds, they always ask if it's a preference or an allergy.

The Atom bistro is a pleasant place to stop in an area with very few options. I've been a few times and have gotten the vegan tacos, veggie burger, and vegan sriracha salad. I've also gotten fries as they are done in an air fryer. I was so happy to find a place with options for me and a vegan friend. Good food and nice people.
