Review of The Auld Shebeen

Gluten-free options aren't marked on the menu in any way and wait staff don't know which ones are. I wanted to order the Scotch Eggs, hard-boiled eggs covered with sausage. I asked if they were GF and the waitress said "They should be!". She checked and they were not. I ordered soup and she brought it out with slices of bread. She apologized later for forgetting this and have me a credit on my bill. It does puzzle me that an Irish pub doesn't worry about GF, with Celiac such a big thing in Ireland. I've been to others that mark things clearly on the menu. I'll be back, but I'll be super careful and I'll order my food up front before I join in the session (music).
