I tried to edit my previous review to include more info, but it would not save, so here goes. The menu is two main choices - a build your own salad or a combo with soup, salad, sandwich, and dessert. You are given a paper menu and check off what you want from each category. I’m sure you could easily build a gluten free salad, but I opted for the combo since there were so many choices. It sounds like a lot of food but it’s all small portions so it is a very reasonably sized lunch. We called ahead to confirm GF options and I also spoke to someone again once we arrived. They were both very knowledgeable about what was GF and what wasn’t (it’s not marked on the menu). There were at least 2 GF options to choose from in each category and I think all the sandwiches were GF if you subbed the bread (Udi’s). I had the soup of the day, potato salad, chicken salad sandwich, and chocolate cake. It was all delicious!
