The Bagel Mill

The person taking my order talked me out of getting anything. They have a shared toaster and use the same knife for everything. Very disappointing.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

The have a few gluten free bagel flavors but were upfront that they use the same toaster for all the bagels, and they use the same knife for all the cream cheeses, wiped in between but not celiac safe. They did give us our GF bagel in a paper tray with a plastic knife to cut it ourselves. It was reall hard, and our daughter (Celiac) said it tasted terrible. Overall I'd avoid.
