Have been going here for a bit now, and was before I had to eat gluten free. They have a gluten free bagel (it’s an Udis bagel) but it’s kept in a fridge, in wrapping separate from everything else. If you’re ok with CC than they offer to toast it- they do NOT have a dedicated toaster. If you don’t want it toasted, and simply tell them about the CC concern they are more than happy to accommodate, change gloves or go to a separate area to prepare the bagel if necessary. I’m usually sensitive to CC, but their toaster doesn’t bother me too much usually. The staff is always so kind and helpful.
