Food was wonderful! The gf people in our group had grilled cheese (we requested the sandwich be grilled in foil, not touching the grill) and the turkey sandwich. Had a nice side salad. Tested the food with our Nima sensor and everything tested gluten free! The woman who made our meal was so patient and kind. Highly recommend!

Had the gf pancakes...not that great. The soda fountain wasn't working, espresso machine was broken. Bad experience for weekend brunch.

We found the Bair Bistro when our GPS randomly diverted us from I-5 on our way to University Place, and we are so glad it did! the gluten free options are extensive [made from scratch gluten free biscuits and gravy for example!] and delicious. I had such a hard time deciding, but I settled on a simple turkey sandwich and divine clam chowder. The atmosphere was quaint, vintage, sweet, and just my kind of place. Great service and all around experience! we will be taking our out of state parents here when they come to visit!

Very tasty meals with great ingredients! Everything we've had for breakfast and lunch here has been very enjoyable. They substitute gf bread in any order and the soups are gf. Gf pancakes are good, but have not tried the French toast yet. I only give it three stars because, even though I love their food and the atmosphere, the service is very, very slow...like don't even go there unless you have almost an hour to wait before you get your food. It doesn't seem to matter if the place is busy or not, it's at least a half an hour after you order before the food comes, and you've already waited about fifteen to twenty minutes for the waitress to take your order! But if time is not an issue, it's a great place to go! They do warn you on the menu that it's not "fast food"! Lol!
