Love the baked bear! Very nice place. I’m gluten intolerant and dairy intolerant. They have 2 gluten free/dairy free/vegan cookie options: Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate. They also have 1 gluten free: dairy free/vegan ice cream option that is vanilla chocolate chip. Love to get an ice cream sandwich, pretty sure they will wipe the heat press down if you ask but the cross contamination there hasn’t bothered me. Also, the vegan ice cream is in the back in its own tub so it’s not getting mixed in with the other dairy/gluten ice creams. But definitely if you are really sensitive to cross contamination either ask them about ways they could help prevent it for you or maybe just pick somewhere else if thats a big issue for you.

Gf cookies used to have a great flavor and staff used to be very helpful. They changed the cookies used and no longer keep all flavors in stock in the back for those who worry about cross contamination. The last few times I was there staff did not understand the need to keep it separate, regardless of whether or not there were extra flavors in the back. The training of the employees was not the same as it first was.

Don’t eat here! Ordered 3 items, one hot fudge Sunday, one ice cream sandwich, one scoop of GF chocolate chip with chocolate chips. Cost was $18. There were no GF cookies in stock. The GF ice cream was TERRIBLE! It tastes like play doh... no one in my party liked it. I asked for a different flavor and the workers would not exchange it so in the trash it went. Avoid this place and get the gluten free ice cream from Publix made by So Delicious. You will be much happier! I wasted my money. Please don’t waste yours!

Been here 3-4 times, never gotten sick with any medicine. I’m Celiac so it was amazing how they would go into the back in request for new ice cream. Please ask for ice cream from a new tub if you are celiac and have to avoid cross-contamination at all costs. I looked in the vanilla ice cream, which was one of their gluten-free options and it was covered in crumbs. The workers did a great job and they seemed well educated on the allergy. Overall there are two cookie substitutes and I haven’t gotten sick from either of them. I wouldn’t add any toppings or hot press as those could be cross contaminated. Good place to eat.

Went here this week. Got a gluten free cookie sandwich with gluten free ice cream and sprinkles. Staff member rolled the sandwich in a common use bowl of sprinkles. I assumed it was for gluten free designated items. Had a bad reaction and have been sick for over 3 days now.

Staff swapped gloves and ice cream scooper when serving me. Had the gluten-free cookies and 'old fashioned vanilla' ice cream and sprinkles. They did offer me a vegan vanilla ice cream but this was made with oat milk which I can't have unfortunately.
Fast and friendly service, was absolutely stuffed afterwards!

Delicious!! I’m also dairy free and I had the vegan/gf ice cream sandwich. Can be a little overwhelming to ask about contamination when super busy, but I went earlier in the day when it was less packed and they were super knowledgeable and made me feel very safe.
