The Baker's Mark

An excellent gluten free sandwich. High quality meats and cheese. Veggies & dressings were fresh and delicious. I really liked the bread. It held together well and was light and airy. Def in my top 3 of best gf sandwiches in portland.

Tasty sandwich and they cook their own bread! Fantastic knowledge about cross contamination and one of the bakers wife is also a coeliac so he was very helpful. They keep the bread separate, it also has its own tray, and never touches where gluten bread has been.
