Tried breakfast while staying here.
Menu doesn't list GF other than a note that they offer GF toast.
I told the waitress that I have to eat GF and asked for scrambled eggs with a side of bacon... she said "so you want real eggs"? We went back and forth a bit on what that meant (she was not knowledgeable at all unfortunately)... and yes, I'd always prefer real eggs when ordering eggs.
I inquired about the GF toast; asking how it's prepared.
Waitress said that "they don't prepared it"... so I clarified and asked if they toast it. Yes, they toast it in a shared toaster.
In the end, my real eggs were terrible (way undercooked scrambled eggs... runny whites are pretty gross to me), and the bacon had a weird flavor.
I'd suggest dining somewhere else unless you're desperate.

I've had 4 breakfasts and 1 dinner here. Options are limited, but I haven't been sick and I am very, very sensitive to cross-contamination. The breakfast options are a vegetarian omelet or a fruit plate. The dinner options are a cheeseburger, club sandwich or fish tacos. Gluten free items are marked on the dinner menu (the fish tacos aren't marked but can be made gluten free) but are not marked on the breakfast menu.
