Stayed at the breakers and ate at the Beach Club restaurant every morning for breakfast. You have to be a member or guest of the resort to eat at this restaurant. Hands down best breakfast for celiac. The waitress can get all your food made freshly from the back so you don’t need to grab from buffet. I felt comfortable getting an omelet at the live station each morning and never had an issue. They prepare the gluten free food in the back separately and either the chef or Manaher brings your food out confirming it’s gluten free and no worries of gluten cross contact. I had fried breakfast potatoes, toast and the best gluten free pancakes with chocolate chips!
