Being Chinese and coeliac is so hard with everything containing soy sauce/gluten but this place makes everything so easy that I could genuinely cry about it! If you’re in Toronto this place is a MUST. If it was appropriate I’d get on my knees and praise them.

We are all officially obsessed with the food here! It is everything you colour ever want in GF Chinese food. The portions are huge and great for sharing, flavours are perfect and the couple who own the restaurant are lovely. We will be back soon!

LOVE IT HERE!! I’ve been several times and I can’t wait to go back. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place - everything is delicious. The sweet and sour pork is PHENOMENAL! Onion rings were a bit doughy but wow- were they ever an amazing treat. I haven’t had one in 8 years! Fantastic place and great prices for the servings.

The owners are very welcoming, helpful and committed to a gluten-free menu. When asked if they make Singapore noodles, he explained that they cannot be assured of gluten-free curry mixtures so they won’t add Singapore noodles to their menu. These owners are incredibly conscientious about maintaining a gluten-free menu. I now go weekly and love their food and have introduced it to many family members. Highly, highly recommend!!! 👍 Dona

An absolute gem that serves GF Chinese food. It’s a totally dedicated GF facility so everything is safe. The dishes have what the Chinese call “wok hey” strong flavour from a well seasoned wok and high temperature cooking. Loved the fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Would go back and try different items.

This place makes me want to move to Canada. 100% celiac safe, the bbq pork dumplings were to die for, and the honey garlic chicken was killer. We had the sweet buns with red bean paste for dessert and they were lovely.

I love this place and the caring people. They have made my daughter's favorite noodles without gluten, onion, garlic, cabbage, and anything else I request. There is a freezer with gf deep fried meats and veggies all labeled with which "free from" ingredients it doesn't have. My coworker who's husband is celiac recommended this place and we go back every few weeks.

The Beansprout is fantastic! We’ve done takeout and frozen food from there many times. The owners are wonderful people and have worked on GF recipes for years. The entire place is GF, which is such a treat to be able to offer the celiacs in our family a Chinese food menu where they can pick anything! The favourite here is beef and broccoli and the spring rolls! But we haven’t had anything that wasn’t great food. Love the frozen food options too!

Dedicated gluten free, nut free, dairy free, MSG free Chinese restaurant, 100% Celiac safe! They can accommodate many other food allergens, just let them know. The owner's son has several serious food allergies so they turned their restaurant into a safe haven for him and others with food allergies alike. Worth the drive to Vaughn! Portions are great, food tastes delicious, would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I travelled quite a distance to FINALLY pick up some Gluten-free Chinese food.today. The woman who assisted me was very kind and helpful and as a result, I was able to find my favourite dishes both in the frozen section and in the 'ready-to-go' hot foods. I just HAD to sample a little from each of the hot items; they did NOT disappoint. Chinese food for me that tasted authentic, sooooo delicious...and I'd never guess it was gluten-free! (trust me: IT IS!!!) I'm very happy that I finally made it my priority to visit The Bean Sprout because now, when family visits, ALL of us can have Chinese food for dinner. : ) My compliments...and my thanks... to The BEAN SPROUT!
