Good food and helpful staff. I ordered the same thing I had at their other location previously—the frittata of the day with a side salad and ginger lemonade. I placed the order over the phone and the cashier was very nice and helpful. She checked with the kitchen to make sure the days frittata was gf. I asked for the papaya seed dressing and she told me she was unsure if it was gf, but that the balsamic was safe. Everything was yummy. No reaction after.

I really enjoyed my experience here. A ton of GF options, granola is GF, and food can be modified to include GF bread and such. I had the banana oat pancakes with fruit and they were delicious. Told staff I had a gluten allergy and they put a special note on my order. No issues after eating. Great for brunch/lunch- will be returning.

Super tasty, pretty much everything can be made GF. Let them know I was celiac at ordering and she assured me they’d be extra careful and called it out to the chef. The food was delicious, I had a breakfast sandwich, which had some sort of spicy sauce on it that was SO good! Cute restaurant too!

Had an acai bowl that was amazing. I did not get the granola with the bowl bc they couldn’t confirm the oats were certified gluten free and I’d rather be safe than sorry. I’m just mad I didn’t get a GF donut before I left!!

Amazing gem of a place. We got donuts and açaí bowls and the Thai tacos. ALL fabulous!!! I’d go back for them in a heartbeat.

The staff were very mindful about cross contamination and new what celiac is. I wanted an açaí bowl the first time I went, but they were out of gf oats, so I opted for the Thai tacos, which were incredible. The second time I went I got the açaí bowl (with gf oats) and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend - just make sure that you specify you’re celiac when ordering.

Staff knew exactly what celiac was and made my rio bowl in a separate area completely. Best açaí bowl I’ve had by far, and their gluten free granola was amazing. I’m really sensitive to gluten and I felt great after.

So many vegan and gluten free options! Their menu is clearly marked and has special symbols for “can be made vegan” and “can be made gluten free” in case something catches your eye. The food was soooooo good! I’m not celiac just very sensitive to gluten so I can only speak from that lens’s but I personally didn’t have any problems after my meal and the portions were so big I was able to get 2 meals out of my 1 order.

We found many items on the menu that were GF and marked. Staff were knowledgeable. Changed gloves.

I ordered the burrito babe and my non-celiac husband ordered the duppy conquerer. They were knowledgeable of celiac/necessary GF vs GF as a choice, and they even went back to double check that my food was gluten free when it was brought out (the person who brought said it was but I wanted to double check for my own safety). Very very good food! I also have a milk allergy and limit meat, so this was a lovely find! I’d recommend trying the burrito babe (my husband and I shared our meals and it was our favorite!). I did not get sick.

Update: I’ve now eaten here twice and not gotten sick. Would recommend the burrito babe.

I got the soy curl BBQ sandwich which was pretty good and the staff was careful with my food. The juices were delicious. My friend raved that the veggie burger was the best she’s ever had. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into healthy vegetarian food.

I am obsessed with the Beet Box. I'm a celiac vegetarian and this is my GO TO in Oahu! Amazing food, cool vibe, and really great options for healthful (and limited) guests. My husband has no restrictions and is a major carnivore and also loves to eat here. I cannot recommend this enough. I dream of it when I'm home in PA!

NOT safe for celiacs- 😢despite all their GF options the staff explained it was all prepared on the same (glutenous!) surface / grill and they had gluten cross contamination on everything. Bummer cause so many other reviews were good, and the food sounded great!

This place was SO good. Had so many options it took me awhile to decide what to get. I ended up with a breakfast sandwich with gf bread that was AMAZING and a smoothie and some fantastic jasmine lavender tea. I'm Celiac and didn't get sick, staff seemed knowledgeable about gf. Would definitely recommend this place.

LOVED this place! We will definitely be back. My husband and son ordered the mexi breakfast plate. I had the Greek themed salad. The GF donuts were great and the kombucha was my favorite!

Great health food with gluten free options!

Amazing food and very clear menu so I knew what was and wasn't gluten free. Offered GF bread substitution for sandwiches. The portable mushroom sandwich was awesome as were the doughnuts. The ordering system was a bit chaotic as the place was loud and busy so the people at the counter seemed a bit flustered. Still everything came out as ordered, gluten free and delicious.
