Review of The Birdhouse

I was pretty skeptical when I heard about this place. A Korean fried chicken joint with gluten free fried chicken? I'm still not 100% if the sauces are gf. I've heard conflicting things, but the soy sauce outside in the pouches is not. That said, I don't need it. I'm plenty happy to sit and eat dry wings. They're delicious. This place is so good. I eat here at least once a week. I've never gotten sick eating here. I was super nervous the first time because it tasted too good to be true. The wings and the chicken fingers are great. Try the fries as well!!
