Our experience has always been really great at both blazing onions, actually we have gone to three: one in Marysville, one in Mill Creek and one in snohomish. I have celiacs and the one in Mill Creek stated they don't have a dedicated fryer( my husband said he was told the one in snohomish does have a dedicated fryer, but again avoid the seasoning) but we could try the fries without the seasoning. When I did in the Mill Creek location I did get a mild reaction. The gluten-free buns tend to be very dry. When I've eaten their Gluten free Burger salad, oh my gosh it was amazing! Super yummy, plus I avoided the fries and I was completely fine. The staff there have been always super friendly to my husband and I. They mark the food gluten free on take out and change gloves.
