Super knowledgeable about gluten! It wasn’t marked on the menu (aside from pancakes and bread) but 90% of the breakfast menu can be made gluten free, our server pointed out all of the options. I got eggs, home fries, bacon and some of the best gluten free toast I’ve ever had (I wasn’t going to bother with bread but was told it was worth it… they were right). They toasted the bread in its own pan so no cross contact and I had no reaction. I can’t wait to try one of their hashes next time.
