I have been to the Boathouse many times and I haven’t been sick after. The menu has a number of options.

Servers took extra care to ask about my sensitivity, inform me of my options and told me they would inform the kitchen immediately before I had even ordered.

Absolutely delicious seafood! It was a great experience. Scallops, risotto, salmon, asparagus, filet, peel and eat shrimp sooo yummy!

I think there is a new menu because I don’t remember this place having all the gluten free options last time I was here. They have gluten free buns, pizza and all grill items are gluten free.

Have been to this location (along with the short pump and river locations). Staff has always been kind and helpful. Menu clearly indicates options. Never had a bad meal or reaction. Very pricey though! (I’d even say over priced)...

Apparently management has done little/no staff training and even after reviews indicating it was critical staff be trained, management has not taken it seriously.

I've eaten here twice in the last week. Gluten both times. Despite my explicit requests about each dish. Won't be going back!

Gluten free crab cakes, my go-to every time. Not into the gf bun.

We went to the short pump location. It was an almost 3 hour ordeal and the server made me feel ashamed to have food allergies. If you only have a GF allergy, the menu is labeled well enough to get by. Add any other allergy and it gets dangerous. The staff is not trained and it took the manager getting involved. It was so embarrassing, really expensive, and not worth it.

Food was delicious and I felt like they were careful with my food. I've been twice and was fine each time. I had the crab stuffed shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. We had the crime brûlée for dessert.

With a menu featuring lots of grilled seafood and steak dishes, most of the entrees are naturally gluten-free. There is also gluten-free bread available upon request.

Great food and good service. I highly recommend you make reservations Friday-Sunday vs just showing up. They are always busy.
