The Boiler Room Restaurant

Excellent, high end restaurant (for Omaha). Small menu and very willing to modify items to be gluten (and in our case dairy) free. Knowledgeable server. Made them aware that we needed GF & DF options on Open Table and they were prepared. Excellent food and wines.

I only suggest this place to warn others! This farm to table restaurant talks a big game but they do NOT deliver. I got very sick after eating there. It was a very disappointing experience for a place which is both very expensive and claims to be very knowledgeable.
