Review of The Bottle Inn Hermosa

There was gluten free pasta available as a substitution. I got the carbonara, and the waiter was knowledgeable of celiac and made sure it was made separately to avoid cross contamination. I felt totally fine after the meal. The gluten free pasta wasn’t the best, but again, I felt fine.
