Review of The Boulder Grill

Lunch on a Monday. Staff chuckled and said no when asked for a gluten free menu. Fish tacos use flour tortillas and didn’t even bother asking about a GF bun for burgers. I ordered the fish tacos without the tortillas, just thrown on a plate. You could probably edit the salads to be GF easily.
