Got sick. Pancake was delicious but not worth ruining a couple of days vacation over.

The GF Pancakes are the best in San Diego (so far)! Huge, fluffy hot cakes are a must have. Short stack is 2 & enough to feed you for two meals. 3 stacks is enough to share with a friend! Worth the trip!
Yes
They have gluten free pancakes on the menu, but I didn't try them. However, the server and the chef were very careful with my order, and I had no discomfort afterwards.

We came here based off the reviews. My daughter had the GF pancakes and a scrambled egg. She liked them and didn’t get sick. (She is celiac and highly sensitive.). But once they brought us the pancake I asked for GF syrup. They looked puzzled. What’s the point of GF pancakes if you don’t have syrup? Our server brought us a little cup of honey but my daughter wasn’t down with that. Then she brought us a brand new bottle of Smuckers sugar free syrup to try. I looked it up online and found it was GF. My daughter liked it. The waitress really cared about our GF sensitivity and brought us a free bowl of fruit from the owner. We had a good experience and didn’t get sick.
Pancakes were good but NOT WORTH GETTING SICK within an hour of eating I was running for the bathroom :( I informed my server of my allergy and I still got sick... Do not eat here if you have celiac.

We tried this restaurant after reading positive reviews. My celiac daughter had the GF pancakes. When ordering we explained about my daughters “allergy”. The waitress informed us about their kitchen procedures (separate pan, cook is careful). The GF pancakes were delicious and no cross contamination occurred.
Yes
I have had the gluten-free pancakes three different times with great results. I tell the waitress that I am celiac and they make sure to tell the kitchen staff to use clean pans to not cross contaminate. They write something on the order about taking extra allergy precautions. The staff is always nice and the pancakes are delicious.

Nice staff. Seemed gluten-aware. My daughter was able to get a gluten-free version of the kids pancakes (mickey mouse shape!) and she thought they were great! Adults enjoyed their not necessarily GF meals, too.
Went to two different locations friendly staff at both. Delicious gluten-free pancakes. Great service.
They have great food, big sizes and my daughter who is 13 & has had celiac disease for 12yr LOVES their gluten free pancakes!! Pacific Beach is the best location!
food is ok. ordered online and it was fifteen minutes late.
Had a salad with a side of bacon and had no gluten issues.
Yes
Delicious gf pancakes!!!
NOT gluten free! The pancakes themselves are GF, but they cook the pancakes on a grill with gluten-ful products. Luckily the waitress warned us before we ordered and we had to leave because my girlfriend has celiacs disease and she could only have eggs.

I stopped here on vacation, had the GF pancakes, but definitely had issues (cross contamination my guess)
Yes
Excellent service. My son has celiac and he was so excited to have the gf pancakes! He also wanted to have the hash browns, which are just shredded potatoes and veg oil cooked on a separate area of the griddle, and they still cooked his order in a clean pan. Everything we ordered was super!
I didn't know they had pancakes but the steak and eggs was amazing. nice staff
So exciting to order pancakes! And they were delicious! Would have given 5 stars but it was pricey...BTW, you can ask for just ONE pancake ;)
My girlfriend became ill after eating the blueberry pancakes. Would not recommend if you are Celiac.

I have eaten there several times and have had zero issues with any of my choices. Great place for breakfast and brunch!!
We joined the waitlist and grabbed a menu before going in and taking our seats. The menu is clearly marked with Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options. The only two options marked gluten free were their Steel Cut Oats and gluten free pancakes.

Great food, extensive menu and a knowledgeable staff. I had the Baja Breakfast tacos and they were delicious! Not everything is marked with a GF, but I spoke with the server and she walked me through options. Also, the mimosa flight is really fun!

I am Celiac and I ate there twice. The service was great for me. I got the pancakes with bananas the first day. The second I had an omelette with potatoes. no digestive problems.

I got the Heuvos Rancheros with corn tortillas. The beans are a little underflavored, but everything else is so delicious! This restaurant also has an option for gluten free pancakes, which I might try next time :)

No true gluten free menu. 2 items are marked gluten free: gf pancakes and oatmeal. No gluten free bread options. Most items can be prepared gluten free but unsure if they are celiac friendly. Great breakfast menu otherwise. Coffee is tasty as well.
I ordered am omlette with home fries and fruit (they allowed me to sub a bread for a 2nd side.) All food was fresh and good and it came out very quickly.
