I spoke to the GM and she mentioned all omelettes were prepared in a dedicated gluten free space. I had no issues eating here and loved the ranchero skillet with hash browns. I asked to include some spinach and it tasted great. It was easy to just have them remove the cheese. She did mention that the pancakes although gluten free were at risk of cross contamination.

I had the gluten free cinna pancakes and totally got sick. Would not recommend this place and will not be going back!
No
Don’t even bother with this place! Half way through breakfast (gf pancakes) I had to ask for the check because of stomach pains. I honestly wasn’t thinking when I ordered my food as to whether or not the food was prepared on the same equipment. It is. The staff advised me all food gf is prepared on the same equipment as everything else...
No
Told by waiter GF pancakes/waffles were prepared on same cooking surfaces as their regular wheat products, so the only real option left was eggs only.

I got the Gluten free pancakes. they tasted OK but i was hanging stomach pain within an hour. It was expensive to feel this sick! steer clear
No
I get gluten free pancakes and mimosas from here. They have gluten free waffles but I asked and they do use the same waffle iron as normal waffles . So I wont be talkingthat chance but I love this place!
Limited GF staff knowledge. My omelette was just barely ok. Hardly any onions, peppers & spinach in it. My husbands bisquit was not light nor fluffy, but rather dense. His omelette was tough. Others in our party received an incorrect order. The wait staff, however, was very friendly & served our party of 14 very quickly.
Went for gluten-free pancakes but what got me was how fast the service was; plus the eggs and bacon are fantastic!! It is a bit pricey because the Gluten-free pancakes are around $8 and anything else is ala cart so it was $30 for the two of us. It was worth it though and we will definitely come back.
Yes
Pancakes were good and staff is very friendly.
We joined the waitlist and grabbed a menu before going in and taking our seats. The menu is clearly marked with Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options. The only two options marked gluten free were their Steel Cut Oats and gluten free pancakes.

Great food, extensive menu and a knowledgeable staff. I had the Baja Breakfast tacos and they were delicious! Not everything is marked with a GF, but I spoke with the server and she walked me through options. Also, the mimosa flight is really fun!

I got the Heuvos Rancheros with corn tortillas. The beans are a little underflavored, but everything else is so delicious! This restaurant also has an option for gluten free pancakes, which I might try next time :)

No true gluten free menu. 2 items are marked gluten free: gf pancakes and oatmeal. No gluten free bread options. Most items can be prepared gluten free but unsure if they are celiac friendly. Great breakfast menu otherwise. Coffee is tasty as well.
I ordered am omlette with home fries and fruit (they allowed me to sub a bread for a 2nd side.) All food was fresh and good and it came out very quickly.
