I’m Celiac so I messaged the restaurant ahead of time regarding their safety precautions for gluten. I was excited to learn that, in their own words “we absolutely take cross contamination seriously and have for years. We have a separate area for our pastas and cook in separate water. Pizzas are cooked on their own parchment paper and they are gluten free crusts we get frozen.”

I loved the atmosphere when my family arrived and was excited to order. My anxiety was peaked as the water didn’t seem to be very well trained or versed on cross-contamination.

I told him immediately that I had a severe gluten allergy so no bread can touch my food. We had ordered the absolutely delicious artichoke dip and right after I mentioned the gluten allergy he asked if I wanted bread or chips with that. Chips it was.

I believe that the wait staff prepares the salads which come with a large piece of toast. While my plate didn’t have the toast, I questioned it’s safety when I saw my husbands salad with two pieces of toast (mine was on his plate) carried directly over of my salad plate.

My meal was delicious and the portion sizes are gigantic. I most likely will return but am not fully convinced they fully take all necessary measures needed for Celiacs.
